We  provide hands-on HR support for a wide range of clients.  Typically, we become involved in a client's HR activities when the CEO, MD or HR Director of an organisation needs the practical support of HR professionals.

We work in the following sectors:

* SMEs, charities and membership organisations

Clients who fall into this category employ between 10 and 80 people.  They generally do not have their own in-house HR specialist and work with us on either a retained or a 'pay-as-you-go' basis.

* Medium-sized companies and PLCs

The medium-sized companies we work with are usually in the private sector.  They will typically have their own HR team but use our specialist resources on an ad-hoc basis, either when specilaist expertise is needed in a certain area or an extra pair of hands to help with a big project. 

PLCs utilise our services for one-off support, usually in highly-specific fields such as internal investigations following a grievance or complaint.
