Opinion Surveys by Darbyshire Consulting
Tailor-made reports based on the opinions that clients and employees have about your organisation
Over the past 15 years, we have conducted opinion surveys on behalf of clients in the private, public and third sectors, in organisations ranging in size from 25 to 1,000 employees.
Our work has included: comprehensive Stakeholder Surveys for 12 large secondary schools across the UK; three Client Surveys and three Staff Surveys for an international Energy Consultancy; a number of staff surveys for other clients.
Using an agreed combination of questionnaires, one-to-one interviews – either face-to-face or over the phone - and focus groups, we produce in-depth, tailor-made and confidential reports that provide insights into the effectiveness of our client organisations' performance, from either an employee or client perspective.
Client Surveys focus on areas such as business relationships and the quality of service provided to our clients' clients.
Employee Surveys look at the effectiveness of employment practices and those issues that would make you stand out as an 'employer of choice'.
With both types of survey, in those cases where it is agreed that we will meet people on a face-to-face basis, we typically speak to between 50 and 150 people, depending on the size of the organisation, either on a 1:1 basis or in groups of up to 10-12 people, or, more usually, a combination of the two.
Both types of survey can be complemented by questionnaires.
In all cases, we produce a detailed report, which includes a summary of the key findings on each topic that was being surveyed, with recommendations as appropriate.
We also facilitate an away-day with the Board or Senior Leadership Team to review the findings.
Our surveys will give a unique insight into perceptions of you as an organisation, either internally or externally, and what developmental or remedial actions you may wish to take.
